The report suggests that the S25 Ultra will have a sleek and sleek design with a slim body, sharp corners and thin bezels. Like the S24 Ultra, it is also expected to have a titanium frame and a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with an adjustable 120Hz refresh rate.

The upcoming flagship phone will get many new camera features with a 200 MP main sensor and better AI processing. This feature will work best in low light conditions. It will get better portraiture and an AI-powered night mode. The phone will have a 12 MP ultra-wide sensor and two telephoto lenses. One of them will have 3x optical zoom and the other will have 10x optical zoom. Samsung also aims to improve its Space Zoom 100x technology to offer more stable zoom than before. It’s possible that that shows in there as well.
Specifications (expected)
The Galaxy S25 Ultra will be offered in the US and India with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor. While in Europe it may enter with the Exynos 2500 chipset. It will reportedly have up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and options of storage ranging from 256GB to 1TB. It is expected to be powered by a 5,500mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
Focus will be on AI features
In this, Samsung will also increase the scope of its AI features. The company had packed many AI features in the S24 series introduced in January this year. In such a situation, after a year apparently the company will upgrade these features and many new features will be included in it. At the same time, Apple is now also offering AI features in the iPhone 16 series. In such a situation, Samsung also has big rivals in AI.
Launch date and expected price
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to launch during Samsung’s annual Unpacked event in February 2025. It will be available in India by March 2025. The base variant of the phone may be priced around Rs 1.20 000.
