Mobile press office – Technology company Xiaomi is going to launch the latest flagship Xiaomi 15 series in its home country China today, October 23. Two powerful smartphones from the new line – Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro will be presented today and Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be launched later. After launching in China, the new device will be integrated into other markets and may also be launched in India.
Leaks have indicated that Qualcomm’s most powerful processor, Snapdragon 8 Elite, will be used in the Xiaomi 15 series. As for the leaked features and specifications, Xiaomi 15 will be presented with a compact form factor and may have a display 6.36-inch flat AMOLED with support for 120Hz refresh rate. It has been revealed that, like Xiaomi 14, it will get support for LTPO technology.

In the new Pro model, the company can offer a 6.78-inch quad-curved 2K AMOLED display. It will also support a 120Hz refresh rate, and besides Dolby Vision, it can support HDR10+ and Wide Color Gauge (DCI-P3). Apart from the powerful Qualcomm processor, this phone can get up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. At the same time, it has emerged that the 12GB RAM option will be available in the standard model.
Xiaomi has partnered with Leica and the Xiaomi 15 Pro will be equipped with a 50MP Light Fusion 900 series main camera, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. Apart from this, Xiaomi 15 will have a 50MP OV50H main camera with a 50MP telephoto lens and an ultra-wide sensor. Both may have a 32 MP selfie camera. Talking about battery life, the Xiaomi 15 has a 5,500mAh battery and the Pro model has a 6,000mAh battery and it will get 50W wireless charging support with a 90W fast charging. It has been revealed that this phone will have an IP68 rating and HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15.
This could be the price of the Xiaomi 15
The price of Xiaomi’s new smartphone could be higher than the previous Xiaomi 14 series. The Xiaomi 14 series price in India starts at Rs 69,999, so the new devices will be launched at a starting price of Rs 75,000. However, no official announcement has been made regarding their launch in India.
