According to claims by an analyst, mass production of the iPhone SE 4 may begin in December. The alleged fourth-generation smartphone is expected to arrive as a successor to the iPhone SE (2022) and would likely have a similar design to the iPhone 14.

Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst at TF International Securities, said in a blog post that Apple’s suppliers will begin mass production of the iPhone SE 4 in December. Apple is expected to produce approximately 8.6 million units of the fourth-generation iPhone SE between December 2024 and the end of the first quarter (Q1) 2025.

Kuo previously announced that Apple aims to launch the iPhone SE 4 in the first quarter of 2025, which is in line with recent reports of its mass production. This development confirms a recent claim from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, who suggested that Apple was close to creating an updated iPhone SE model, codenamed V59. It is expected to become Apple’s most affordable non-flagship iPhone when it launches.
