Mobile press office – Many smartphone manufacturing companies have launched foldable smartphones in the market, the screen of which can be folded, but Realme has not yet entered this segment. Company chief Madhav Seth had hinted at foldable devices last year, but their launch was later postponed. Now, once again, it seems that the company is starting work on Realme Flip and Realme Fold again.
Recently, Realme patented a foldable phone and its information appeared on the website of the National Intellectual Property Administration of China. In addition to the narrow design shown in the previous patent, Systematic introduced a foldable book-like design. The new design could have a magnetic hinge mechanism for better folding. Realme devices can be cheaper than those from other companies and can be priced affordably.
A special type of patent has been filed currently
The special patent of the foldable device revealed that apart from the special folding mechanism, the new device will have a special dissipation mechanism for heat transfer between the two parts. In this way, despite prolonged use, the device will not heat up and its performance will not be affected. Currently, only this patent has been filed, but no launch timeline has been revealed.
Realme has not disclosed any specifications or hardware related to its foldable device. In such a situation, it remains to be seen with what design and features the new devices will be launched and how much better they will be than the existing options. The company has always been competitive on price and its user base has grown rapidly due to its affordable pricing. In such a situation, it is possible that new devices will be introduced at an affordable price. It is possible that Realme foldable smartphones will become part of the market at the end of the first half or the beginning of the second half of next year.
