TRAI has clearly stated that traceability of transactional and service messages sent by banks, e-commerce platforms and other financial institutions should be mandatorily implemented. So that spam calls arriving to customers can be controlled.

The telecom companies said: “Instead of implementing these rules hastily, we want them to be implemented in a phased manner. » The reason is that telecommunications companies say that many telemarketers and many large institutions are not ready to follow the new rule.
