Recently, a fraud incident worth thousands of rupees in the name of liking YouTube videos came to light. Part-time jobs are promised in exchange for liking videos on social media platforms and hackers achieve their goal. According to reports, hackers have cheated a trader of over Rs 56 lakh on the pretext of making easy money.
In fact, initially, the trader received small payments of Rs 123 and Rs 492 for some work on YouTube. After that, the merchant, happy with the return, allowed himself to be caught in the fraud trap. He was added to a Telegram group, where he was asked to deposit money enticing him with a commission. The trader could not understand this fraud and the victim invested Rs 56.7 lakh. But after that, the scammers stopped contacting him and this fraud was exposed.
