The company says this watch was designed to pay homage to the world’s first digital watch with an automatic calendar. This watch is part of a special collection created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the launch of the original Casiotron in 1974. This limited edition watch is now available for purchase in Europe. The company claims that it is a solar-powered watch and lasts for 22 months in power-saving mode.

The TRN-50ZE-1A features a sleek black and gold color scheme inspired by the bold design of the original Casiotron. Its stainless steel case and bracelet feature a combination of fine and mirror finish, offering both a textured and polished look. The gold accents used on the bezel and logo are a combination of heritage and luxury. The company says the watch also features modern technologies for today’s users, such as Casio’s Multi-Band 6 technology and Bluetooth connectivity. sync with smartphone for automatic time updates. Will last 22 months in power saving mode

The Casiotron TRN-50ZE-1A Limited Edition is available across Europe for €599. The brand has already launched other models to celebrate its 50th anniversary, including the Hello Kitty DW-5600KT24-1JR collaboration, as well as two new all-metal G-Shock watches.
