Leaked promotional materials show that the phone will be available in three color options. The Itel S25 Ultra 4G sports a triple camera unit on the back and a punch-hole cutout on the display. It is said to have a Unisoc T620 processor and up to 8GB of RAM. The Itel S25 Ultra 4G is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) has published marketing materials and alleged renders of the Itel S25 Ultra. The specifications and design of the phone are given there. The tipster claims that the price of the 4G handset will be below Rs 15,000 in India and around $160 (around Rs 13,500) in other markets. The renders show the Itel S25 Ultra in Black, Blue and Titanium colors with a punch-hole display design. There appears to be a triple rear camera on the top left corner of the phone. The arrangement of the sensors may have been done in the same way as in the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Expected specifications of the Itel S25 Ultra
According to the leak, the Itel S25 Ultra will feature a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1,400 nits. It will be powered by a Unisoc T620 processor and come with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. RAM can be expanded up to 16 GB using free storage. The phone is said to have a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. The selfie camera can measure 32 megapixels. The Itel S25 Ultra is said to have a 5,000mAh battery, which will support 18W charging. The thickness of the phone may be 6.9mm and its weight may reach 163 grams. Based on the purported marketing images, the phone appears to be built with an IP64 rating.
