Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus Features
Gizmochina reported in its report that the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus is a sleek and lightweight laptop with a 15.6-inch OLED display. The screen supports 400 nits brightness. The laptop has an Intel Core 3 100U processor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. It also has a quick insert key, which gives quick access to a number of tools such as editing text, adding links and searching for emojis. In addition to Quick Insert, the Chromebook Plus laptop also has a number of AI features, including Help Me. Read, which summarizes PDFs and articles, and Live Translation, which translates content into more than 100 languages. The Recorder app also offers AI-powered transcription, and the new video calling feature improves audio and visual quality.
Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus
All Chromebooks will now feature Gemini, allowing users to chat and get help with tasks like planning trips and creating images. Customers will get three months of free premium subscription to Google One AI with the purchase of the new Chromebook. Other new features on the laptop include Welcome Recap, which provides a visual overview of recent activity, and Focus, which protects users from distractions. Users can also pin important files to their home screen for easy access. As for battery life, Samsung claimed that the laptop will last 13 hours on a single full charge. For connectivity, the laptop has a full-size HDMI port, a micro SD card slot, two USB Type-C ports, a USB Type-A port and a 3 audio jack, 5mm. The Chromebook is 11.8mm thick and weighs approximately 1.17kg.
Pricing and availability
The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus is available in the US at a starting price of $699 (roughly Rs. 58,700) and will be available in select European markets for 799 euros (roughly Rs. 74,000).
