The biggest change can be seen in the design of the iPhone 17 Pro. It has emerged that the company will remove the titanium frame from this device and may install an aluminum frame. If this happens, after a while something new can be seen on the rear panel of the Pro models, as the triple module existing camera is present in many models.
Chip upgrade will be available for powerful performance
Like every year, also in 2025, the company will improve the performance of its devices. Apple’s next-generation A19 Pro chip is found in the iPhone 17 Pro. The company will prepare this chipset using TSMC’s third generation 3nm advanced processor. Thanks to this, the multitasking and graphics performance of the latest models will be better than that of existing models. Apart from this, Apple’s WiFi 7 chipset is found in the new iPhone 17 models.
Can get more RAM and memory than before
The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max could get a major RAM upgrade and are expected to feature 12GB of RAM. The benefit of more RAM will be that users won’t take much time to process special Apple Intelligence features, aside from better multitasking. In comparison, all iPhone 16 models have 8GB of RAM. This memory upgrade will provide support for better advanced features. The new iPhone 17 models may have a smaller dynamic island than before, which will increase the screen-to-body ratio of the device.
Many improvements will also be made to the camera system
All models in the new iPhone 17 lineup can be equipped with a 24 MP selfie camera sensor. The current iPhone 16 series has a 12 MP front camera, which means its resolution is going to be doubled. Apart from this, a 48 MP telephoto lens can be found in the iPhone 17 Pro model compared to the existing 12 MP telephoto lens.
