BSNL shared a post on social media platform X announcing the launch of a feature phone in partnership with Karbonn Mobiles, which will be released with the Bharat 4G campaign. This feature phone will compete directly in the market with Jio Bharat 4G, which offers high-speed connectivity at low prices.

With Karbonn’s mobile functionality, users will not need to purchase expensive smartphones to use BSNL’s 4G service. BSNL is rapidly improving its network these days. In addition to launching a 4G network across the country, the company is also testing 5G in many locations.

However, its official announcement will be made during the India Mobile Congress 2024. This year, the India Mobile Congress will be organized from October 15 to 18.
