1. First of all, open the BSNL Selfcare app on your phone.
2. Now you need to click on the three-line icon at the top left corner of the screen.
3. After that, you need to scroll down and select the Complaint & Preference option.

4. After that, tap on the three-line menu on the right side and report.
5. Now you need to click on New Complaint.
