Changes in UPI Lite-
There has been a change in the ease of transacting through UPI Lite. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has proposed to increase the maximum transaction limit of UPI Lite from Rs 500 to Rs 1,000. Apart from this, the limit of UPI Lite wallet has also been increased from Rs 2,000 to Rs 5,000.
IRCTC has changed the rules for booking tickets in advance.
The rules for advance booking of tickets have also been changed by the IRCTC. Now, advance tickets can only be booked 60 days in advance. Whereas before, this reservation could be made 120 days in advance. It will not affect the passenger. But the reservation time has definitely been reduced.
TRAI- Rule
TRAI has also implemented a new rule to stop spam and fake calls/messages. Telecommunications companies are also working on this constantly. It was also decided to ban promotional messages. In such a situation, no company will now be able to make calls or messages using the private number. This means that new measures are continually being taken by the government regarding appeals. These new rules have been implemented for all telecom companies, including Airtel, Jio and Vodafone.
