The new smartwatch range includes two variants, one of which sports an AMOLED display and the other with solar charging support. The new Fenix 8 series offers multi-sport support, making it easy to use during different activities.
The new wearable devices are designed for fitness enthusiasts and can track everything from workout status to VO2 Max and other information. Apart from this, advanced bodybuilding features are also provided in the new smartwatch and support diving up to a depth of 40 meters. This smart watch has a built-in speaker and microphone. Apart from voice commands, voice notes features are also part of it.
Battery life up to 48 days on a full charge
The new AMOLED model has a 51mm screen and can offer up to 29 days of battery life in smartwatch mode. Apart from this, other solar models offer a battery life of up to 48 days. The new wearable series was launched in three different sizes: 43mm, 47mm and 51mm. Advanced mapping and navigation features are also provided in these watch models for long endurance activities. The watch has the ability for two-way messaging with the Garmin Messenger app. In addition to a premium rugged design and waterproof metal buttons, the smartwatch also features a new protective sensor and integrated LED flat lighting.
It is not affected by temperature changes or shock and is water resistant. The watch is military grade and many health features are provided. Garmin wearable devices are available to customers exclusively through the company’s website as well as in select premium retail stores and can be purchased from authorized distributors. The Garmin Fenix 8 series has been launched at a starting price of Rs 86,990 and comes with a two-year comprehensive warranty.
