Price of the Insta360 Ace Pro 2
The Insta360 Ace Pro 2 price starts at $399.99 (around Rs 34,000) for the standard plan. It comes with a windscreen, battery, standard stand, mic cap, and USB Type-C cable. Additionally, this action camera is also available in a dual battery pack which includes two batteries and the rest of the accessories remain the same. The plan is priced at $419.99 (around Rs 35,000). Insta360’s new product is already available for purchase on the brand’s website and select retail partners globally.
Specifications of Insta360 Ace Pro 2
The Insta360 Ace Pro 2 features a 1/1.3-inch 8K sensor with up to 13.5 stops of dynamic range and a Leica SUMMARIT lens. It can capture 8K video in MP4 format at 30 frames per second (FPS), 4K 60 fps Active HDR, and up to 4K 120 fps slow motion. Additionally, it can also capture photos with a maximum resolution of 50 megapixels. The action camera also has a special shooting mode called PureVideo that leverages a custom AI neural network to reduce noise and improve details in real-time in low-light conditions. Insta360 says the Ace Pro 2 can be controlled by voice or gestures. It has been bundled with user-friendly AI-based additions like Auto Edit and AI Highlights Assistant.
Insta360 Ace Pro 2 features a 2.5-inch touchscreen with 70% higher pixel ratio, 6% higher brightness and 100% longer durability than the previous model. The action camera also features Flowstat stabilization for stable videos and an automatically applied 360-degree horizon lock feature that keeps videos at a steady level. In terms of durability, the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 comes with a removable lens cover and a new wind shield.
It is claimed to protect against wind noise while still recording action-packed moments. It can survive in water up to 12 meters deep and withstand temperatures as cold as -20 degrees Celsius. The action camera is equipped with a 1800 mAh battery. There’s a new Endurance mode with 50% longer runtime when shooting 4K at 30fps. It can be charged up to 80% in 18 minutes and up to 100% in 47 minutes.
