iPhone 16 battery becomes a problem for users! Even after a full charge it drains within a few minutes, do you know why this problem occurs?

Mobile press office – iPhone 16 is becoming very popular among Apple users. After iPhone 16, Apple also rolled out iOS 18.1 update for its users. However, after this new update, iPhone 16 users are facing many battery issues. Users on Reddit, Apple Support Communities, and the MacRumors forum have complained that the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro models are experiencing the most battery drain issues.

iPhone 16 battery issue: Only getting 50-60% battery life
According to MacRumors report, after the release of iOS 18, there are continuous complaints about iPhone 16 battery drain. Apart from this, only 50-60% battery life is available on iPhone 16 Pro Max. Some users reported upgrading their iPhone 15 Pro Max to the iPhone 16 Pro Max for better battery life, but to no avail. Some users say that they minimized all settings or even locked it to 4G, but they still face the problem.

One user wrote on MacRumors: “Battery life on the 16 Pro is very poor when the phone is in sleep mode (and not connected to the Apple Watch). As you can see from the chart, many activities are running in the background. But I disabled AOD (although it was already disabled in sleep mode), switched to accessibility and enabled frame limits (not low power mode), which stopped the promotion. After that, the activity running in the background stopped! However, battery consumption has not decreased. Battery reduced by 11% from 70% to 59% in 4 hours 20 minutes.

It is currently difficult to diagnose the battery drain problem. In fact, everyone uses it in different ways. Apple users who are experiencing this problem have also tried turning off Promotions, turning off Always On Display, turning off background app refresh, removing widgets, turning off cellular, and completely resetting their iPhone. Some people have gotten some relief, but for many this problem persists. Battery life was improved after updating to iOS 18.0.1 and iOS 18.1 beta, but these updates don’t work for everyone. It is not yet clear why the battery is affected.
