iQOO 13 sports a 6.82-inch 2K BOE Q10 FHD+ 8T LTPO 2.0 OLED Q10 display, which supports 1800 nits overall peak brightness, 2592 Hz PWM dimming, 3168 x 1440 pixels resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The screen comes with a punch-hole cutout. The phone is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and the company claims to have achieved over 3 million scores in the AnTuTu benchmark. It also has an internal Q2 gaming chip, which delivers PC-level 2K super texture resolution and native-level 144 FPS super frame rates.

The phone was launched in five different variants based on RAM and storage. The phone has up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone comes with the OriginOS 15 custom skin based on Android 5. It is said to run on OriginOS 5.0 in China and Funtouch OS 15 in global markets.
Three 50-megapixel rear cameras
