This latest handset is a special edition of the Nothing Phone 2A Plus, which was launched in the country earlier this year. Nothing Phone 2A Plus Community Edition was introduced under the Community Edition project, which started in March this year. This special edition phone was designed with the help of the Nothing community at various stages including hardware design, wallpaper design, packaging design and marketing campaign. There is a layer of green phosphor material behind it, which glows in the dark.
Price of Nothing Phone 2A Plus Community Edition in India
Nothing Phone 2A Plus Community Edition comes only in a 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model, priced at Rs 29,999. Only 1,000 units of the phone will be available for sale. Apart from India, the new model will also be available in the UK, Europe and the US. For comparison, the original Nothing Phone 2a Plus is priced at Rs 27,999 for the 8GB + 256GB configuration and Rs 29,999 for the 12GB + 256GB storage. The Nothing Phone 2a Community Edition model has also been introduced in India and is priced at JYP 55,800 (approximately Rs. 30,000).
Nothing Phone 2a Plus Community Edition Design
As mentioned, the Community Edition was co-designed by Nothing and its community members as part of the Community Edition project. Nothing says he received more than 900 applications from fans in 47 countries to optimize the handset. The project lasted six months and took into account community suggestions regarding the design, wallpaper, packaging and marketing of this special edition phone. The highlight of the Nothing Phone 2a Plus Community Edition is the phosphorescent rear panel that glows green in the dark. There are light strips around the rear camera of the phone. The new handset features new wallpapers and new packaging that features a glow-in-the-dark design.

The specifications of the Nothing Phone 2A Plus Community Edition are the same as the original Phone 2A Plus. It features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, which supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,300 nits peak brightness, and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The phone comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro 5G octa-core 4nm processor. It has a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup with optical image stabilization (OIS). On the front, there is a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 selfie camera. This phone from Nothing has a 5,000mAh battery with 50W fast charging support and 5W reverse wired charging support.
