Creators will not have to pay any fees to use the Namo Bharat station and train to film short videos. Additionally, you can make short films in Hindi and English. The size and quality of your film must be made in MP4 or MOV format in 1080 megapixels. Your reel should be understandable and there should be no compromise on quality.
