Mobile press office – Realme recently launched its Realme GT 7 Pro smartphone. This phone, launched in the Chinese market, was presented with a 6,500 mAh battery. But what is surprising is that the company has limited the phone to just 8.55mm thickness. Companies are doing wonders with the help of silicon-carbon anode battery technology. Such batteries significantly increase the energy density, due to which high-power batteries can be provided even in small sizes. But this trend does not seem to be stopping yet. There is news that Realme may soon introduce a phone with an 8,000 mAh battery! Let us know the details.
Realme is preparing to create a new record in terms of battery in its smartphone. Realme is reportedly working on a phone with an 8,000mAh battery. Tipster Digital Chat Station has claimed that the company can provide this battery in the upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro. To achieve this, the brand is considering three options. The first option would be a 7,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging. The second option could be a 7,500 mAh battery with 100W fast charging. While the third option could be an 8,000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
The tipster believes that the company could go for the third option, namely an 8,000 mAh battery with 80W charging. However, this will increase the charging time of the phone, which can be up to around 70 minutes . The 100W fast charging option with the 7,500mAh battery might be a better option, showing a balance between battery and charging speed. Estimated charging time is 55 minutes. At the same time, the company can also choose the 120W fast charging option with a 7,000mAh battery in which the phone can be fully charged in an estimated time of just 42 minutes.
This information is currently based on leaks. The company may make changes regarding this. But Realme seems to be in aggressive mode regarding battery capacity. In a previous report, we told you that Oppo is preparing to integrate a 7,000 mAh battery in its phone. This leak also comes from tipster Digital Chat Station, in which it was announced that Oppo’s upcoming smartphones will be equipped with a large battery. One of Oppo’s upcoming phones will have a 6,285 mAh battery while the other phone will have a 6,850 mAh battery, which the company will feature in a round shape with 7,000 mAh. These high-capacity batteries provided in the company’s phones will be compatible with its 80W SuperVOOC wired charging technology.
