OnePlus 13 scores over 30 lakhs on AnTuTu benchmark, know what special offer will be available with launch date

It will feature a central frame made of aerospace-grade aluminum. This smartphone will be launched in China. OnePlus 13 will be offered in white, blue and black colors. This smartphone will run ColorOS 15 based on Android 15. Recently, OnePlus admitted that its smartphones in the country have been facing green lines and other issues over the past few months. OnePlus reiterated its commitment to ensuring quality and maintaining customer trust. While speaking to a publication, the company admitted to issues with several of its devices.

These include the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 9 series. However, the company said that the green line issue is not limited to OnePlus devices but poses a challenge for the smartphone industry. The company said it was working with its suppliers to resolve this issue. OnePlus also reiterated its commitment to maintaining customer trust. The company said that customers facing a green line issue on their device should visit their nearest OnePlus service center to resolve it. These customers will have the option to upgrade the device or replace the screen.

Along with this, OnePlus also offers a warranty on the display of its device. This Chinese smartphone manufacturer also admitted to the problems faced by the motherboard of its selected devices. The company said customers have the option to contact OnePlus Support to resolve the issue. In this, everything will be offered to customers, from device repair to discount on the purchase of new devices from the company.
