Technical News Office – Oppo Pad 3 Pro will be launched in China soon. The company announced the launch date of the tablet and also shared some key specifications. The design, color options as well as RAM and storage configuration of the upcoming Oppo tablet have been revealed. The company also confirmed the Pad 3 Pro’s chipset details. This is likely to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Pad 2. Oppo is also expected to launch the Find X8 series smartphones in China on October 24.
Oppo Pad 3 Pro launch date, color options, RAM, storage variants
According to Oppo’s Weibo post, the Oppo Pad 3 Pro will launch in China on October 24 at 7 p.m. local time. The official listing of the tablet on the Oppo China online store reveals that the tablet will be available in Dawn Gold and Night Blue color options (translated from Chinese). It is currently available for pre-order in China via the brand’s online store and other major e-commerce platforms. Oppo’s online store listing for the Pad 3 Pro shows the tablet in four RAM and storage configurations, including 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1 TB of storage.
Oppo Pad 3 Pro design and features
The design of the Oppo Pad 3 Pro resembles that of the OnePlus Pad 2. The round rear camera module of the upcoming tablet is similar to that of the OnePlus tablets. Promotional images suggest that the tablet will come with stylus and keyboard support, just like the OnePlus Pad 2. Both color variants of the Pad 3 Pro feature a glossy finish.
Oppo has confirmed that the Oppo Pad 3 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 “Leading Edition” chipset. As the design is similar, the chipset is also the same as the OnePlus tablet. The OnePlus tablet comes with a user interface based on Android 14. It has a 12.1-inch 3K LCD display at 144 Hz and a 9,510 mAh battery with support for SuperVOOC fast charging of 67 W. The tablet has a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
