Mobile press office – Oppo has announced the addition of a new smartphone to its K12 series, the OPPO K12 Plus. It will be launched in the Chinese domestic market this month. The brand also confirmed some key specifications of the device along with the launch date. The particularity is that the mobile will have a powerful 6400 mAh battery. Oppo K12 Plus launch date and colors (China)
Oppo has released an official teaser and shared the launch date of the OPPO K12 Plus smartphone.
You can see from the image below that the device will launch on October 12. Entry will be scheduled at 2:30 p.m. according to local China time.
The company claims that the Snow Peak White color of the OPPO K12 Plus will have a textured design. In which the exclusive crystal diamond pattern flash sand crafts will be seen.
This phone will also launch in Basalt Black. You can see a preview of it in the photo.
OPPO K12 Plus Specifications (Confirmed and Expected)
Battery and charging: The brand has confirmed that the OPPO K12 Plus mobile will have a large 6,400 mAh battery. To charge it, customers will get 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging support.
Chipset: The brand will provide the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset in OPPO K12 Plus. This is a chipset built on 4 nanometers which will deliver a great experience. Along with this, there will be Adreno 720 GPU for better graphics.
Display: The phone may have a 6.7-inch HD+ AMOLED display. On which a resolution of 2412×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz will be available.
Storage and RAM: OPPO K12 Plus can come with 8GB, 12GB LPDDR4X RAM along with 256GB and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
Camera: Coming to the camera features, the mobile will come with a dual rear camera setup. In which there is a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera with OIS. A 16 MP front camera can be provided for selfies and video calls.
Others: The phone will have many features like in-display fingerprint sensor, IP54 rating with dust and water resistance, 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3.
Operating System: OPPO K12 Plus smartphone can run ColorOS 14 based on Android 14 in China.
