Last month, it was reported that the company was working on this feature only for group chats, but now it has been released in WhatsApp for Android beta 2.24.21.29 for group and individual chats. Option to create call link in chat attachment sheet
WABetaInfo also shared a screenshot of this new feature in its post. You can see this new feature in the shared screenshot. In this, you will have the option to quickly create a call link in the chat interface itself. The new call link shortcut is present in the chat attachments sheet. It can be accessed by tapping the attachment icon in the chat bar.

A stable version will soon be available for all users
This feature will speed up the process of creating a call link in WhatsApp and for this, users will no longer need to go to the calls tab. Now beta users can easily create a call link while chatting. The company is currently rolling out this feature for beta users. Once beta testing is completed, its stable version will be rolled out to all users.

WhatsApp has rolled out the Chat Themes feature for iOS users. This feature is provided in iOS 24.20.71. Currently, the company has only rolled out this feature to a few users.
